Refund policy
Casbolts Motorcycles.
Please choose carefully as we do not refund because you have changed your mind. If the goods are faulty, we will meet our obligations under the ‘Consumer Guarantees Act’
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If the item you have purchased does not fit, you can return it within 14 days of receipt for an exchange, store credit or full refund of the amount paid less any shipping costs.
To be eligible for a return, your item must adhere to the following conditions.
- Items must be in new and Saleable condition, with all accessories intact and original packaging, labels and tags.
- Product packaging must be well wrapped to protect before shipping to avoid damage. Do not stick anything to or write on product packaging. Product packaging must be in the same pristine condition as the Item.
- Items have not been used or fitted to any motorcycle.
- Order invoice is included with your items.

ELECTRONIC ITEMS, PARTS & TOOLS
- Any Electronic item which has been removed from its packaging or seal broken is non-returnable.
- Any part which has been installed or shows signs of attempting to be installed on a vehicle is non-returnable.
- Any Tool that has been removed from its packaging or seal broken is non-returnable.
- Open box items where the packaging has been destroyed are non-returnable.
If you have any concerns about an item you wish to return meeting these conditions, please do not hesitate to contact us before sending, as this will avoid unnecessary courier costs.
EXCHANGE PROCEDURE
- Return the item to Casbolts Motorcycles using your preferred shipping method. For your security, we recommend you use a courier that requires signature delivery.
- If your original order qualified for freight free delivery, any additional exchanges on the same order will incur a freight charge.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
It is very important to note that when you sign for goods you need to inspect the goods thoroughly before signing. The item can be rejected if it is damaged.
Signing receipt of goods, is accepting that the goods have arrived to you in good condition.
Please inspect your order thoroughly upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue ASAP and make it right.
REFUND POLICY
- We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not
- For security reasons, refunds will be processed back to the credit card or bank account used for the original payment
- Refunds will be processed within 5 days of receipt of the returned item.
